A contractor’s registration details and selected federal awards live in separate public systems. Pulling them together for a first-pass review takes time.
Doing it by hand also leaves two questions open: a similar company name can attach the wrong public record, and a blank result can mean either no match or a source that couldn’t be checked.

A no-match, a source Coleman couldn’t reach, and a source it doesn’t yet connect to are shown as three distinct results — never collapsed into one clean-looking conclusion.
Indicators are backed by public source details, timestamps, or coverage notes — so findings aren’t presented without context.
